Today is National Volunteer Appreciation Day, the last day of a whole week devoted to thanking and appreciating those who volunteer in their communities and abroad, helping those in need!

There are many non-profit organizations nationwide where volunteers gather and organize to go out into their communities, helping where needed. The YMCA is the largest non-profit community service organization in America.
