Tag UR It! Inc. wears teal for the cure!

I’m taking a moment and a page of the blog for a more personal note this week. The Tag UR It! Inc. family was touched by a subject most people don’t want to think about, never mind write about this week.

Cancer.

Everyone is effected by cancer at some point in their life, whether they or someone close to them are diagnosed.  This week, someone close to the Tag UR It! Inc. family was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.  The American Cancer Society estimates that in 2012, about 22,280 new cases of ovarian cancer will be diagnosed. A woman’s lifetime risk of developing invasive ovarian cancer is 1 in 71. Yet, with these high statistics, there is still a great need for all cancer awareness.

One other thing Tag UR It! Inc. and the fight for an ovarian cancer cure have in common- the color teal.  Tag UR It! Inc. is proud to wear teal for the cure.   By raising cancer awareness and promoting education, early detection rates will rise and eventually a cure will be found!  There is currently no early detection test for ovarian cancer, so awareness of the first signs and symptoms is key.  Its time to do your part to spread awareness.  You can start by sharing this blog!

For more information on early signs and symptoms or to find out how you can help in the fight against ovarian cancer, check out the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition’s website or OvarianCancerAwareness.org.  Please keep the Tag Team of Catheryn and Heidi in your thoughts as they help and support a family member as she begins treatment.

Also, stay tuned to the blog as we still have a lot going on here at Tag UR It! Inc. .

We will be launching a new product in the next week or so and you will not want to miss it!

Tag UR It! Inc. thanks you for your support.
